I bought one of their riding flannels with armor. I did not fall, or catch the sleeve on anything for it to tear. After about two months of non-Highway riding (this is my first season riding), the stitching in the left sleeve fell apart and opened up on me. I’ve had to safety pin the sleeve to keep the elbow pad from flapping in the wind.
Their customer service initially responded to my first two emails with pictures. But have now ghosted me, and are no longer attempting to replace the item or refund me. Their claims of standing by their products obviously is not true. Not worth the money and the trouble, and obviously low quality protection since the wind at 40 MPH has this splitting at the seams.

Also, cancelled a 2nd order with no reason other than “unforeseen circumstances”. If you don’t have it to sell - don’t take payment (or even offer for sale).
If you want Milwaukee Leather products, which are great, purchase from Amazon or another reseller - NOT DIRECT!

Ordered boots online, wore them once and they were uncomfortable because they have a sharp Velcro strap that rubs against my leg when I walk. Plus they are too wide at the top so they don't fit in a pants leg unless you fold it, which is also uncomfortable. I asked for a refund and I sent them the photos they asked for, and they refused even though they are still in perfect condition. Would not recommend.
Hands down the best customer service! Sammie is the best ! I will not buy from anywhere else. My brand new jacket was stolen and I'm out of state . My name is Ken and i'm here to thank you for your product. I recently bought your 6 inch classic motorcycle boot with dual side zippers and they unfortunately were tested out and did NOT fail.
I was about to leave work and as I was putting up my sidestand my opposite foot slipped and I lost my balance resulting in a slow awkward fall. My left foot got crushed by my engine side cover ( Yamaha VMax at approx 800lbs )as it fell over.
Had I not been using your protective footwear I would be in a cast right now and not just a nasty bruise!
